Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
A product may qualify for return if:

The item is marked returnable on the product page

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
3.
All tags, accessories, manuals, and free items are included
4.
The product is returned in its original packaging
5.
Valid proof of purchase/order ID is provided
6.
Photos/videos are shared when requested for verification
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or product nature. These may include:
Personal use / hygiene products once opened or used
Innerwear / intimate products (where applicable)
Perishable goods
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
Clearance / final sale products (if marked non-returnable)
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: Order ID Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging Brief description of the issue
After verification, we will offer an appropriate resolution such as:

Once your return request is approved:
We will guide you on pickup or return shipping steps Product must be packed securely in original packaging Returned item will undergo quality inspection after receipt Refund/replacement will be initiated if approved Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after the returned item passes inspection.
Approved refunds are generally issued within 5–7 working days through: Original payment method UPI / Bank transfer (if applicable) Store credit (where agreed)

Shipping Charges Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error Return shipping may be covered by us for damaged, defective, or incorrect items For convenience returns, return shipping charges may apply (if applicable) Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery if eligible.
